Special Information and Instruction

The North Central Regional Planning Commission, in its capacity as fiscal agent to six (6) of seven Homeland Security regions in Kansas, will periodically post notices of potential interest to vendors on the NCRPC Public Bulletin Board concerning products or services being sought by one or more of the regions it represents.  Unless otherwise instructed, responding vendors may use their own letterhead stationery or forms when responding to invitations to quote or bid provided the following terms are met.

  1. The bid or quote can be clearly identified with the vendor submitting the bid or quote. 

  2. The bid or quote lists and describes the individual items being bid or quoted.

  3. The bid or quote directly addresses the list of items being sought with any exceptions clearly noted. 

  4. The bid or quote is signed and dated by an authorized representative of the vendor.

  5. The bid or quote is inclusive of all costs, including freight and/or shipping, associated with the delivery of the product.
